As a counselor, I offer a holistic approach to mental health focused on wellness and a compassionate approach to growing and healing. If you are feeling overwhelmed, don't suffer alone! Everyone can use support sometimes, and I love working with each client to find the strategies and understandings that best help them move forward.
I support people dealing with many different issues and have special interest in anxiety, life transitions, and parenting.
I offer an integrated model for counseling and wellness including practical ideas for change, bibliotherapy, mind/body connection, and respectful, empowering conversation with clients. My intention is to help my clients move toward greater peace and well-being in their lives.
