Kim Flyr, LCPC, RYT 500
Licensed Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher, Writer, Facilitator, Coach
However you arrived here, welcome!
As a counselor, I offer a holistic approach to mental health focused on wellness and research based approaches to healing. If you are feeling overwhelmed, don't suffer alone! Everyone can use support sometimes, and I love finding ways to help each client feel comforted, encouraged, and empowered.
I work primarily (although not exclusively) with women. In addition, that work can extend into couples and families. I support people dealing with many different issues, but have special interest in anxiety, life transitions, grief, and parenting.
I offer an integrated model for counseling and wellness including practical ideas for change, a beautiful setting, yoga and retreat offerings, bibliotherapy, mind/body connection, and respectful, empowering conversation with clients. My intention is to help clients move toward greater peace and well-being in their lives.
