As a counselor, I offer a holistic approach to mental health focused on wellness and a compassionate approach to growing and healing. If you are feeling overwhelmed, don't suffer alone! Everyone can use support sometimes, and I love working with each client to find the strategies and understandings that best help them move forward.
I support people dealing with many different issues and have special interest in anxiety, life transitions, and parenting.
I offer an integrated model for counseling and wellness including practical ideas for change, bibliotherapy, mind/body connection, and respectful, empowering conversation with clients. My intention is to help my clients move toward greater peace and well-being in their lives.
Services
Individual, Couples and Family Counseling, Yoga Classes, Speaking/Facilitating, Gallup Strengths Coaching.
Counseling: Kim accepts a limited number of clients and loves being a part of their journey. She has a positive, holistic approach to mental health and enjoys helping women, couples, and families find greater well-being.
All sessions are currently conducted via a Telehealth platform. The intake fee for a new client is $300 and each session after the intake is $185 per session. As a client, your total cost will be determined by how many sessions you schedule and what you deem necessary to achieve your therapeutic goals.
As part of the 2022 Federal guidelines under the No Surprises Act, clients have a right to a Good Faith Estimate of fees to ensure transparency about fees for services rendered. Yoga/Mindfulness: Kim became a yoga teacher in 2008 and finished her RYT500 level certification in 2017. Kim has taught yoga at The Yoga Center of Columbia and teaches retreats at various settings. Click here to see a retreat flier.
Writer/Facilitator: Kim is an experienced speaker and published author who speaks and writes about family and education issues, often from her own experience. She is trained as a facilitator and enjoys facilitating groups of all kinds. Kim loves sitting in a circle and talking with others. Coaching: Kim completed her certification as a Gallup Strengths Coach in 2016. She worked alongside some of Gallup's top trainers while working at HCPSS and applies this work with individual clients and in business and educational settings.
